Will be shot down in the SCOTUS like a cheap drone............................. The Constitution now says whatever the hell five out of nine Supreme Court Justices want it to say.
Currently, there are four far left wing liberals on SCOTUS, two conservatives, two in the squishy middle, and one vacancy. Three Justices will be over 80 years old when the next President takes office.
Be afraid. Be very afraid.

You got me thinking about those lyrics to Silent Running:
Swear allegiance to the flag
Whatever flag they offer
Never hint at what you really feel
Teach the children quietly
For some day sons and daughters
Will rise up and fight while we stand still

Government sponsored “science” will be the ideology behind the new inquisition—with about as much validity to its claims.

This law is a blatant and example of 1st Amendment destruction......................... I totally agree.
Unfortunately, what the Constitution actually says is now totally irrelevant. All that matters is what five Supreme Court Justices want the Constitution to say.

Its unconstitutional because it puts the government in the business of enforcing political correctness.
Not that has ever mattered to the Democrats.

These people are stupid, they don’t realize that this law could be turned against them. There is so much bad information being put out by their side that is easily refutable.

Gee!
All Galileo had to do, after he dared speak truth, was recant. Luckily he did not live in Jerry Brown's California.

California Democrat: All of our businesses are leaving the state! Oh my God what could possibly be wrong?
I know! We need to seize these businesses for the government to run! They can’t run then!
Then we can make everybody rich by paying a minimum wage of $100!
WINNING!

The religion of ‘climate fraud deniers’ will tolerate no dissent!
They are deathly afraid of a debate, because they will lose.
More democrats = less freedom.

A landmark California bill gaining steam would make it illegal to engage in climate-change dissent, clearing the way for lawsuits against ... that have deceived or misled the public on the risks of climate change. All the other states should then pass laws allowing lawfare against those that "deceived or misled the public on the risks of socialism".. sauce for the goose, mofos.
