When someone calls another "racist" when you actually look at what each person is doing, saying, and the underlying beliefs and assumptions on both sides... You find that the person hurling the racist epithet is actually the one displaying racist tendencies, not their target.
20, 25 years ago this was probably true 85% of the time, maybe more. You just didn't hear "racist" that much back then. Last 10 years or so, since the liberals have adopted it as part of their standard ad-hominem playbook, that has shot up to about 99.999%. Virtually anytime you hear "racist" it is a safe bet the person saying it actually the racist in that confrontation.
If I were a libertarian (and I am not), I would be ashamed of my candidate.
The last thing a libertarian should be concerned with is the personal perspective of an individual. According to libertarian thinking, private perspectives should be the reflection of an individual’s freedom to think and associate as s/he wishes, and all such associations should be voluntary.
The libertarian answer to the question, “Is Trump a racist?” should be, “Who cares? The question is irrelevant. If you agree with him, vote for him; if you agree with me, vote for me.” That Johnson didn’t answer this way demonstrates that he is no libertarian, but a shill whose purpose is, whether he thinks it is or not, to divide the non-Hillary vote, so that Queen Athaliah becomes the next inhabitant of the Oval Office.
Trump’s running mate will be Jeff Sessions. I heard Rand Paul’s name being mentioned but I’m sure his mindset on issues including immigration are similar to Johnson’s. No thanks. Wanna bet Gary Johnson’s campaign is getting bankrolled by the NeverTrump crowd.
