The people of PR are free to go it alone.
In fact I would encourage them to do so. Apply to become a “commonwealth” of Spain.
What will be the difference other than they wont have to pretend to learn English anymore.
Er, the people of PR have pretty well proven that they can’t be trusted with the exchequer. They should have opted for Statehood at the last referendum. Then they could have run the place like California!!

When that happens the people and their enablers (the idiots who kept loaning them money) need to live with the consequences of their decisions. That includes bankruptcy and losses, not bailouts. Stupidity is a two way street in this case.
What do the two flags represent? Flag etiquette calls for the American flag be presented above any state or govenment agency (army navy etc) when on the same standard. Or if displayed on separate poles lower than the American flag.
