Not Bill, they were originally meant to wound food animals so they could suffer.
The killer was in the Pulse shooting for up to 3 hours, or at least had that much time before he was killed.
The only thing Bill can shoot off, besides his mouth, is his joint and even then, he missed Monica and got her dress.
This guy should be banned from the media and any place a young or older good looking woman is in. The same applies to young girls and models.
