I thought that at first, but the further he got into it, I understood (I believe) what he was doing. He covered a heck of alot of ground and kept it very light and energizing.
So much drama and trauma the last 4-5 days, it was a good rally to get people feeling/thinking of the FUTURE and being positive about it.
Just my take on it
