Open Borders Ryan at it again. I know inside Ryan is hoping for Hillary to win to try and push for another Open Borders amnesty bill.

I'm sure the bill will be introduced November 9th, and passed by both houses before the Christmas break, and likely signed by Obama as one his last betrayals of America before he leaves the White House.
