RNC Chairman Reince Priebus tapped former congressman Enid Mickelsen to chair the all-important rules committee during the convention.
Just two weeks ago, Enid had this to say about the presidential race:

She has also spoken approvingly of the idea that the rules could be changed to allow delegates to vote for someone other than a candidate they are bound to by result of primary or caucus.
It's unkown if Trump was consulted about the choice.

Trump needs to get personally involved, and he needs one of his top people actively involved on a full time basis.
This is not the moment to say “I double-dog dare you” to the establishment. They think their jobs depend on stealing the nomination.
This is not the moment to walk out and let Hillary win. Our country’s survival depends on stopping Hillary.
This is the moment to fight full time. Trump needs to get in there and maneuver for control of the rules committee, then he needs to monitor his people on that committee to make sure they stay loyal.
I know “Cruz” is a bad word on FR these days, but he is exactly the man Trump needs. Cruz and his team studied the primary and general election, state by state, in more detail than anyone else alive. With the right deal, Cruz could deliver a fair set of rules and a larger landslide of delegate votes at the convention. With the right deal, Cruz could give Trump a great ground operation in a whole lot of important states. Trump needs to sit down with Supreme Court Justice Cruz and make it happen, or the alternative could make 1861-1865 look mild. Yes, Cruz said some things that thoroughly annoyed me, and worse (e.g., blaming Trump for thug violence), but he’d be the best man to help Trump beat the corrupt establishment.
Whether with Cruz or without him, Trump needs to get active on this issue. His 13 million voters are leverage, but they are not enough unless he’s personally involved with this process.

You know all of this is becoming so preposterous that I’m beginning to think this must be a hoax or game plan by the party establishment to bring in millions upon millions of people to tune in to watch the convention.... what other explanation can there be! Either way Trump will get the nomination... and because of all the hoopla and tantrum commotion by establishment millions Especially the mediascumbags Will tune in by the droves to watch the convention.... it’s a win-win situation for Mr. Trump !

Here is what I am going to do. I am voting for the a Republican nominee in November so as to defeat Hillary Clinton or whoever is the Democratic nominee.
I fully expect the Republican nominee to be Donald Trump.
But if the GOPe pull it off and defeat Trump, well then, they won and beat Trump.
This is politics. All’s fair and anything goes and Donald Trump would be the first to acknowledge that.
But that is not going to happen.
Much of the Republican House and Senate are really communists Democrats and are steal our Country blind. They have supported King Obama and are America worst terrorists. At the State level, vote all current Republicans our of office and vote in only non politicians. A complete turnover is a must. Can't trust anyone.
