BREAKING: California- Ammo Ban To Be Decided By Voters In November
Second Amemendment Defense Comittee | June 23, 2016 | Richard Thompson

Posted on 06/23/2016 8:14:33 PM PDT by dvan

We've been saying for weeks that Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom would more than likely qualify his Ammo Ban ballot initiative for the November Ballot.

Now our worst fears are confirmed by the Secretary of State.

The Ammo Ban will be decided by voters in the coming election.

This just became an all out war.

Gavin and his millionaire friends like Michael Bloomberg and Hillary Clinton are going to be coming in at full force to strip you of your Second Amendment rights.

And once it happens in California,it's their goal to bring it to the rest of the country

As Gavin himself said, "As California goes, so goes the rest of the nation."

I just shake my head. People can’t be that stupid to okay an ammo ban, can they?

Jerry Brown’s right hand anti-Constitutionalist. It is not about magazines or ammo. They could care less about that. It IS ABOUT putting pressure on the LAW ABIDING CITIZEN’s right to gun ownership. Which really bothers corrupt politicians. Criminals will always have firearms — they do not obey ANY laws. Laws do not affect them.

No one is trying to take your guns away.

Except in all these various locations,
and these various particular guns,
or if some government agent secretly thinks they should be taken away
or for a variety of other reasons,

But your ammo, your magazines and other accessories ... these are all fair game.

California voters could decide in November whether to ban ownership of firearm magazines that hold more 10 rounds of ammunition.

The California Secretary of State’s office announced today a ballot measure proposed by Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom has qualified for the next election.

The measure would also require ammunition sellers to obtain licenses and for buyers to undergo background checks. Gun owners would have to report if their weapons are lost or stolen.

Some similar measures are currently making their way through the state Legislature.

Unconstitutional

probably not according to the 9th Circuit, followed by a 4x4 decision. Unfortunately.

If there is another tragic Kate Steinlee killing, then all bets are off.

It always takes a tragedy of the innocents to wake up some people. Others, esp. leftist Californians, sleep through life allowing the nuts and commies to administer for them.

Necessary to make sure that illegals don’t vote.

The Constitution mean nothing to those in government.

For example, one of the very few things the fed gov is required to do is to secure and protect our sovereign borders. The government did just the opposite, aiding and abetting a decades long epic unlawful violent invasion of our country.

Even that was not enough, so they concocted dangerous unsafe unrelenting chain immigration policies. It’s a lawless free for all, all brought to us by those with bad intent.

Looks like my future trips to Vegas to play Poker will include a stop to buy Ammo on the way home.

This Ban will Pass by a wide margin, no doubt.

OK, what is an”ammo ban”, other than the obvious - a ban on the sale of all ammo? So who’s backing this? Out of state gun/ammo dealers?

It’s about punishing constituencies that oppose them. There are no principles involved when it comes to totalitarianism . . It’s just their lust for power, by whatever means necessary
