If one gets beyond the platitudes of propaganda -there never was a ban on gays; hell, the 'gays' can not be identified objectively, the science supports no such 'gay' species fallacy. The military banned homosexual activity, primarily sodomy, that is what was was changed and that is what can be changed back BECAUSE unhealthy disordered sodomy contributes nothing to military effectiveness; rather, it diminishes military effectiveness.
