Poll puts support for Scottish independence at 59%

NEARLY six out of 10 Scots say they’d vote Yes in a second independence referendum.

In a clear reflection of the growing backlash north of the Border to Thursday’s Brexit result, a ScotPulse online survey of 1,600 Scottish adults on Friday (24 June) showed that 59% of Scots now back leaving the UK.

Take out Scotland and Northern Ireland and what’s left of Great Britain becomes MUCH MORE CONSERVATIVE...at least until the Muslims (who, of course, vote liberal as a block) multiply a bit more.

If Scotland goes, any Brexit re-vote won’t be close. The English (outside of London) now have a reason to support Scottish independence.

The polling before the first indie vote was in wildly in favor of it, then it tightened up in the last few weeks, and of course, ultimately it failed 55 to 44 percent. A do-over will probably have a similar result, and end Sturgeon's rising career.

While Brexit was a wonderful vote, do NOT put it past the elites in the UK and the mess called the EU to put it aside. There is much stirring on this; the oily war criminal and multimillionaire Tony Blair is pushing for a second referendum (you don’t like the results of a majority of 72 percent turnout so you ignore it until you get the “right” result); Members of Parliament are pushing for not giving the required legal notice of withdrawal to the EU - the execrable David Cameron had pledged he would provide it immediately if Brexit won, and of course it doesn’t appear that he intends to honor his “word”; and the Bush/Romney wing of the UK Conservative Party is responding with hysteria over the supposedly terrible implications of the Brexit. There is an online petition for a “revote” with supposedly three million signatures, but many are fraudulent (for example, 40,000 signed from the Vatican where all of 800 people live, including perhaps 10 Brits). Also, remember the EU tradition of a “re-vote” when the bureaucrats don’t like the results - they made Ireland, France, Denmark and other countries do just that when their populace rejected the EU “constitution”.

Scotland takes more in tax revenue than it pays and they want out?
And if the UK kicks out Scotland, any remain referendum is going to lose by a bigger margin?

That's one of the better-preserved stretches...some parts are pretty much gone.
