I just posted it a few minutes ago. LOL! Had to make the store run that I put off this afternoon when coming home from visiting Hubby’s aunt. Too durn hot and sticky to deal with it then. Still a little steamy out there now but not as bad as this afternoon.

And you got all that cleaning done last week so could kick back. It is kind of a drag to have free time and not have some place to go and just do what you want to do. Maybe you’ll think of something. Spontaneity makes things even more fun!

I have several off in a row. Not in the same room with the schedule and can’t remember how many. I DO have the whole of next weekend off, though! Double WOOHOO!! LOL!

Hey, radu...we did indeed get a couple hours of light rain in the night. I don’t think I need to worry about watering the lawns for a couple days.

I just got back from making sure there wasn’t a cat under my Mom’s bed.
I’ve reached the conclusion that she can do whatever she wants. Like Sinatra, she can do it her way. I’ll pick up the pieces if need be. I talked to my sister and we are in agreement. She said Mom has reinterated that she DOES NOT want someone here. When the time comes I’ll just do it.
It’s been a rough weekend.
But I got my new laptop. The old one’s hard drive died. It took me telling Dell several times to talk to Al, my computer guy, about any questions they had, that he was my “agent”. They wanted him to run their diagnostics. He finally convinced them that it wouldn’t even boot. Finally they said they would send a guy (per my service agreement) with a new HD and get it going. Then they said they had to back order the HD and then said they were sending a new laptop. I finally have it. Al put Windows 7 on it (it came with 10). I’ve got Office 2007 and SmartFTP (for loading music) reloaded. Now I just need time to reload other stuff I “need”.
