Courts say living by Christian faith illegal
WND ^ | 06/28/2016 | Bob Unruh

It started out with hints of official, United States governmental oppression of Christianity as soon as same-sex “marriage” became a bullet point for activists – little things like “discrimination” complaints that those choosing alternative sexual lifestyles somehow weren’t applauded as they thought they deserved.

Then it became confrontational for Christians who were simply choosing to live by their beliefs – beliefs similar to those held by the nation’s founders. Bakers were penalized for not promoting homosexuality, ditto for photographers and venue owners. Government officials publicly vilified their Christian faith and ordered them, in some case, re-educated.

Now two rulings have been released that cement the American court system’s determination that Christians must not be allowed, under threat of penalty and punishment, to live as they believe in business or in public life.

Specifically, the U.S. Supreme Court left standing a lower court decision that Washington state pharmacists who are Christian must violate their faith in order to practice their profession. And the second decision came from a federal judge in Mississippi who had established a reputation for ruling against Christians who said county clerks in the state must violate their faith in order to hold their office.

The move has alarmed people even inside the Supreme Court, where Justice Samuel Alito warned that, in the case against the pharmacists, there even was evidence that the “impetus for the adoption of the regulations was hostility to pharmacists whose religious beliefs regarding abortion and contraception are out of step with prevailing opinion in the state.”

We need to create a list of professions that are now hazardous to the souls of Christians.

If the list becomes long enough, then maybe we can gather enough support for a march on Washington and a demand for a return to an America where true freedom of religion was enjoyed and defended.

Onward Christian soldiers!
Marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus
Going on before.
Christ, the royal Master,
Leads against the foe;
Forward into battle,
See, His banners go!

I really, truly believe that believers need to become closer to the Lord, now more than ever. Now, more than ever, the church needs to pray, to seek God, to stand strong in the face of opposition, and to continue to spread the gospel, boldly and to the glory of God, before He returns, and if this world rages against us, let’s take comfort in remembering that it first hated the one true King.

Actually, Christianity has been banned from the public schools in the 60s so the Worldview could be erased in our children and Satanism, paganism, Mother Earrh worship and Ba’al Rites (sodomy/baby-killing) could be normalized so they (psychopathic elites) can flip intentionally 2000 years of ethics back to the socialist, pagan worlview where there is only slavery of the masses-—no such thing as Free Will or Individual Natural Rights from God.

Without Objective Truth (God’s Laws), everything is permissible (Dostoevsky) and that is why the Postmodernists needed to kill God-—so they could be our gods and masters. All this tranny/Marxist gender “theory” is to remove Truth and Reason from our children and make them so dumb and irrational they will know “snow is black” (Fichte 1810)

LOL, the fools!

If God (Christ) is with us, who can be against us?

They have no idea WHO they mess with.

I do that a lot too.

And I agree.

After all, the federal has no delegate power given it for these rules and regulations. They are not pursuant to the Constitution and not law ... just examples of lawlessness and tyranny.

In my lifetime, Christianity will be outlawed in the United States, and Islam will become the “State Religion”. This is the direction it seems to be going

That is because it is almost the end of the Church Age.

Matthew 24
3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying,
“Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you.
5 “For †many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.
6 “And you will hear of †wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 “For †nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.
8 “All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.
10 “And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.
11 “Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
12 “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
13 “But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
