Courts say living by Christian faith illegal
WND ^ | 06/28/2016 | Bob Unruh

It started out with hints of official, United States governmental oppression of Christianity as soon as same-sex “marriage” became a bullet point for activists – little things like “discrimination” complaints that those choosing alternative sexual lifestyles somehow weren’t applauded as they thought they deserved.

Then it became confrontational for Christians who were simply choosing to live by their beliefs – beliefs similar to those held by the nation’s founders. Bakers were penalized for not promoting homosexuality, ditto for photographers and venue owners. Government officials publicly vilified their Christian faith and ordered them, in some case, re-educated.

Now two rulings have been released that cement the American court system’s determination that Christians must not be allowed, under threat of penalty and punishment, to live as they believe in business or in public life.

Specifically, the U.S. Supreme Court left standing a lower court decision that Washington state pharmacists who are Christian must violate their faith in order to practice their profession. And the second decision came from a federal judge in Mississippi who had established a reputation for ruling against Christians who said county clerks in the state must violate their faith in order to hold their office.

The move has alarmed people even inside the Supreme Court, where Justice Samuel Alito warned that, in the case against the pharmacists, there even was evidence that the “impetus for the adoption of the regulations was hostility to pharmacists whose religious beliefs regarding abortion and contraception are out of step with prevailing opinion in the state.”

We are in a period which is an appeals trial for the Adversary.

Every conceivable defense will be made in the attempts to overturn their condemnation to the Lake of Fire for all eternity future.

This is being allowed so that the rest of Creation might witness His Integrity in His Holy Righteousness and Holy Judgment. Just remember, we are all condemned before we are saved, so just as other humans might perform every evil or good human work imaginable, when performed outside of faith in Him, it is simply good for nothingness. Every human has the opportunity for salvation, and while evil may abound, we still are to persevere in promoting the Gospel message of His sacrifice for us at the Cross.

Indeed my friend. The church age is almost at an end. The Age of Grace has held open the door for 2,000 years. Very few even realize the incredible gift of Christ that is openly before them. When the restrainer is taken out of the way, the evil days to come will be worse than any horror movie.

I am a Christian and I’m in the wedding business. I own a catering business and venue. While we do 70 plus weddings a year, we field 400 plus wedding customers a year shopping our services. We have only had 3 homosexual wedding inquiries ever and that was right before the law changed. Not a single inquiry in 2 years. This whole thing is a synthetic event to further break down God’s order, never about marriage.

Time also for Christians to make very particular spending/lifestyle choices - what stores, what movies, what books, what websites, what associations.

It is the government that is disobeying. They wanna pass a law that is unjust, we’re under no obligation to pay them any mind. Its time to merely state this.

To: HANG THE EXPENSE

Solutions:

In the case of bakers/florists/photographers, I could see at least a temporary solution being: “I don’t do any weddings.” Or, “any multiple tiered cakes have no words or figurines on them.” Or “you may by flowers from me for any event but I do not design or install any flowers for any weddings.” Or “I will photograph any non-pornographic occasion, but not weddings.”

Of course you would lose a lot of business.

But you could conceivably stay in business, for a while, while we work on getting laws, lawmakers, and judges CHANGED.

Natural Selection created Sex, the genetic exchange between Male and Female, because Sex increases the fitness of species; and what LGBTWhatever activists have selected isn't Sex - but the worship of themselves and their perversion of nature.

Nature historically overrules human courts and cultures when they abominate it.

No reason to believe this iteration through the cycle described in Romans 1 will be different from any other.

"we’re under no obligation to pay them any mind. Its time to merely state this."

"WE" have.

But how do you fight the State, when it has the power to ruin you with financial penalties?

That's why this is so immoral.

I don't CARE if someone doesn't want to make a cake for a gay wedding, or photograph it.

The State will MAKE you.

That is where the sickness is.

The government.
