27 months? Why not just seal and file under “MORE CLINTON BULLS**T” and mothball them for another 50 years?

The timing is exquisite, right after tje meet-up with Bill in Phoenix.

This was red meat for talking heads over at CNN and MSNBC!

Maddow and Stephanopolus were going ballistic over "The usual lack of transparency from the 0bama administration" and "Monkey business involving the Clintons!"

What is the price of transparency?

A nation.. if the 'terrorists' in the DNC win.

Maybe this is a coded message to the press that HERE is where to focus, on the CLINTON “Charity” frauds.

The DOJ lawyers and the Judge might be given instructions to just LOOK like they want to stop investigators from looking there.

With this being the ONLY pre-election focus, Obama wlll not get dirtied, along with his puppetmasters.

And the Lynch/Bubba meeting might have been to warn him of this new turn of events.

Bill COULD have been promised a pardon for both him and Hildabeast after Bernie, and IF and ONLY IF Bernie gets elected.

Could be, but what Rush just said in the interview with Mr. Adams is more likely; no indictment.

C. Edmund Wright, I haven’t heard from you in a while; what’s your insight into this?

In my always-optimistic dreamings I was hoping that the meeting was a warning to BJ Clinton that an indictment of Hitlery was imminent. The corruption goes too deep within the elite apparatus. I was wrong again.

REDWOOD 71 POSTED: Secy Hillary had to have signed a DOD form 302 to operate a computer within the scale of the military or DOD. That form is a representation of training on what you can and cannot do on the lines.

If the justice department does not press for the very obvious misuse to the point of possible espionage or treason because she was teaching her subordinates how to by-pass the security systems, then they are not doing the job. Maybe it’s time to sue the government and make sure it hits the papers.

THE MONEY QUOTE--- If you are injured by a government agency, you may be able to sue under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Historically, under the doctrine of “sovereign immunity,” you were not permitted to sue the king. Sovereign immunity has carried over to modern times in the form of a general rule that you cannot sue the government — unless the government says you can. Fortunately, the Federal Tort Claims Act (”FTCA”) allows certain kinds of lawsuits against federal employees who are acting within the scope of their employment. And not doing their job to protect the US from high crimes and misdemeaners is one of them,

If you believe you may have a claim for negligence (careless conduct, or other wrongful or “tortious” conduct) against a federal agency or employee, you must first determine whether you can sue the federal government under the FTCA. Although the limitations and exceptions are too numerous to review in this article, here are some general guidelines regarding the limitations on FTCA claims:

• Only federal employees can be sued under the FTCA, not independent contractors hired by the federal government (unless they are treated like employees).

• The negligent or wrongful conduct must have been done within the scope of the defendant’s employment.

• In general, only claims of negligence — as opposed to intentional misconduct — are allowed (though some claims for intentional misconduct can be brought against certain federal law enforcement officers).

• The claim must be based on — and permitted by — the law of the state in which the misconduct occurred.

Despite these and numerous other limitations on FTCA lawsuits, the federal government still pays out millions of dollars each year to compensate FTCA claims. Maybe it will get someone’s attention. And I’ll bet I can find at least one hundred lawyers and a number of organizations that would like to get a piece of Uncle Sugar. Maybe it’s time.

seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence

I tried to find the 'reason for the delay request' but failed. What reason is being offered?

Interesting idea. Yes, she has to be replaced for sure and it could be done with less collateral damage if focus is on her money- grubbing rather than her as a danger to national security. I still think she will be persuaded to step aside due to her obvious bad health problems. That way, zero collateral damage. Everyone gets sick, even presumably wicked witches

We’ll know if Hill leaves town. I think 0 will pardon her. Democrats are above the law.

I have been expecting since at least when I read Atlas Shrugged at 19.

I have been knowing what's been going on for a long time too RipSawyer.

It saddens me that we've been screaming at the top of our lungs for our fellow Americans to wake up and they just won't do it. Maybe it's their way of protecting themselves.

They need to wake up soon or it won't matter anymore. They'll be slaves to a one world government with open borders and them working their arses off to fund the elites the rest of their miserable lives.

To those that are still asleep: Imagine - not being able to own your own land. Raise your children without government interference. Free Speech. Not being able to protect yourselves. We all know that gun laws are only for the law abiding. Being forced to pray at the altar of Global Warming. Not able to exercise your religion because it's "outdated" and on and on and on.

They can call me a conspiracy nut all they want. I'm used to it. But calling me names does not change the fact that what me, you and others have been saying and warning about are true.
