No proof of hacking, but hacking by hostile actors may have occurred.
FBI Recommends: No Prosecution.

For all the (justified) condemnation of the FBI Director, he has just tied the bow on the biggest gift Donald Trump could ever desire.
Trump has hung his candidacy on the perception that “the system” is both corrupt and rigged against some people and in favor of others. Political and economic elites and illegal immigrants on one hand and against working class Americans on the other.
While I think his arguments are somewhat simplistic, the FBI and the Attorney General will not prosecute Hillary for acts that would get me (I hold a U.S. Government clearance) fired, my clearance stripped, and prosecuted. Clearly, some pigs are more equal than others at this point.
Trump, for all his manifest flaws, (full disclosure, I personally consider him a complete jerk and much prefer Cruz whom I proudly voted for both Senator and President), is by far a better alternative to Clinton, who’s corruption makes the Teapot Dome scandal look like a pickpocket.
I hope that Trump seizes upon this clear whitewash of multiple felonies and beats Hillary’s f——— head into the ground this November. (metaphorically of course, I would relish watching her be humiliated and have to call and congratulate Trump).

I don’t see how, in the future, the next DOD or DOD contractor employee, CIA analyst, or military intelligence agent who grossly mishandles classified information can be convicted.
If they are, that is not equal treatment under the law.
