The cartel system in the White House are the latter (same as the evil killer) trying to make themselves into gods, to determine life and death (like abortionists). They want to “Kill God of our Constitution/Bible”, the One which created Free Will and Individual Natural Rights from God only, and erase that concept which took THOUSANDS of years to embed in the West from minds of our children.
They ban Christian concepts from the public square and skools, since 1960s so the Marxists can insert themselves as god and flip 2000 years of ethics to a slave ethic.
Their “ethic” system is Satanism, where sodomy is a virtue, killing own genetic offspring is a virtue, mutilating the body and drugging it is a virtue, sloth/theft is a virtue etc. etc. etc.
Without Virtue habituated and learned in childhood, you get evil, irrational, vile adults who will collapse civil society always when they are the majority. We need to get the minds of our children OUT of the Marxist system which creates sick, evil minds like the above killer.

It's not particularly unusual in the military, sad to say.
I've spent much time on navy ships with male and female crews. We have what's called "self serve laundry" which consists of a room with 3-4 each washers and dryers that we can sign up to use to launder our underwear and civilian clothing. For us guys, we toss our stuff in and go back to work, returning only to dry it and remove it. For women, it's understood that they bring a book to read and remain with their clothing for the duration of the cycle. If they don't, their bras and underwear will get stolen.
I've seen it happen time and time again.
