And I heard the LEO who pulled over this vehicle stated he was pulling over an, “Armed robbery suspect”. If he really believed that why did he not instead initiate a felony traffic stop? Why would the LEO stop the vehicle and simply stroll up to the window asking for ID and registration?

It appears that *might* be total BS. I also heard one of these Sheriff up there state the deceased “never applied for a permit in HIS county”. This is very evasive or questionable response. Because I then read/heard the deceased permit was good statewide. Even in the shoot scene video being broadcasted by the GF, it appears the male is in the passenger seat, but many reports have him as the driver.

Have you even watched the video? He is sitting in front of the steering wheel! It looks strange cause the steering wheel looks like it's on the wrong side of the car, that is cause the phone flipped the video, but you can seen the steering wheel in FRONT of him.

A Source? Geez, where have we hard that one before? Since he is now deceased, what does it matter to him personally if it is proven or disproven from public records? Nothing is going to change his condition. The only reason it is even an issue is the veracity of the girlfriend’s assertion along with the rest of her primary concerns which was certainly not directed at helping him in any way.
Wrong sheriff, at least to rebut the claim that the permit was obtained while Castile lived in Robbinsdale. Robbinsdale is in Hennepin County.
