A senior Department of State official claimed there is no documentation showing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ever received training in the proper handling of classified materials, according to a June 30 Department of Justice filing in U.S. District Court.
The disclosure could buttress FBI Director James Comey’s testimony before a congressional committee that Clinton was perhaps not “sophisticated enough” to understand that the marking “C” on an email meant it was a classified document.
“It’s an interesting question whether she was sophisticated enough to understand what a C in parens means,” Comey said before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Wednesday. “It’s possible—possible—she didn’t understand what a (C) meant when she saw it in the body of the email like that.”
In the Freedom of Information lawsuit brought by The Daily Caller News Foundation, the department to date has failed to deliver any documents showing that Clinton ever enrolled and passed mandatory State Department courses that instructed officials in the proper handling of classified material.

This is beyond preposterous. Everyone knows that as soon as someone is approved to get a clearance, the first thing is that they get training and instructions on how to handle classified material — before they actually see or get any classified material.
Is Hillary so stupid she did not know that SOS correspondence is, by its nature, secretive? What planet is she from?

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer- Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
She was not given a training course in how to tell the truth, either. Therefore, she should not be blamed for lying.
She signed legally binding papers that said she did. I’d wager someone tried to train her and she told them to go to Hell.
Isn’t there something near the signature line which mentions ‘penalty of perjury?’
No matter, Comey will say she left her glasses home. She could not see the paper, therefore no criminal intent. No reasonable prosecutor would take on such as case.

It was an easy decision for the feds to go after Denny Hastert. He was on the “wrong side” of the aisle. He had been accused of molestation when he was a wrestling coach. Molestation charges for which he was never charged. IOW, if they could not get him on molestation charges, they got him for something.
Comey has tainted the reputations of everyone charged with prosecutable authority in this country. It has a cumulative effect. We are reaping what they have sewn. It can only get worse.

If you are one of Hussein Obama's terrorist handlers, then you have to give him an A+. The presstitues still support him and the average American would never believe Hussein is supporting terrorism. First of all, do the words “sophisticated” and “hillary” even belong together?
Do the excuse makers even hear what they are saying, what they are asking us to believe about the smartest woman, in their far-fetched pretzel ‘logic’?
