Both WaPo and the NYTimes know that if the Election somehow ends up at the USSC, she will now have to recuse herself.

In retrospect I wonder how there was no real controversy over her appointment to the court. A major part of her legal career was as general counsel for the ACLU. Yet she was confirmed almost unanimously to the court.

Her comments have to be in the running for Most Unethical Behavior By A SCOTUS Justice.

I am NOT shocked that both birdcage liner publications took the opportunity to print a very dishonest purported criticism of Ginsburg.

But their columns actually were NOT so much a criticism of the justice as they were merely snide paraphrasings of Ginsburg’s remarks, smearing them into those papers’ own more slanderous, untrue blackguarding words against Trump.

They went very light on Ginsburg, but piled onto Trump. But what would we expect from either of those two rags?

She doesn’t have Scalia there to gently nudge her in the ribs when she’s had a bit of wine.

Has SCOTUS bowdlerized her yet? (or whatever they do when a Justice goes rogue?)

She violated Canon 5(A)(2) of the federal code of conduct for judges prohibiting judges from making partisan political statement for or against a candidate. Her statements constitute bad behavior. The Constitution allows a judge to remain in the bench for life during “good Behavior” (Article III, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution).

I am writing my U.S. Representative demanding he file articles of impeachment against Justice Ginsburg by the end of the week.

If you believe in beginners luck Trump has it in spades. He is having a Joe Willie Namath run here. I’m not a Jet fan. So far he is 17 and 0.

Does this put into question every decision this Supreme Court has made with its current makeup? For every issue that Constitutional Conservatives lost by one vote, one of those votes was someone who has exposed her political agenda.

Add that to our strong suspicions that John Roberts is being blackmailed, and you've got our nation being destroyed by a traitorous Supreme Court.

She is the perfect judge to Obama and his ilk, a rubber stamp. In fact, she, Breyer and the wise Latina Sotomayor are the three most predictable SC justices ever. There’s no denying this.

I am not shocked. If you read it...

"...Each paper editorialized this week that Supreme Court justices should hold back from broadcasting their preferences in the presidential race because it could question their impartiality..."

I think it simply means that if there is any court action on the election, she would have to recuse herself, and that is one less liberal vote, and less of a chance of Clinton getting into office.

That's all this is, and nothing else.
