Its easy to call a race when both sides are playing on the same globalist team,

Romney stood down, who didn’t know he would lose to Obama in 2012. Its hard to get excited about someone in awe of his supposed ‘opponent’ as Romney and McCain both were,

Yeah I don’t say all polling is corrupt or incorrect for that moment in time, but the managed MSM clearly have their faxed in talking points for stories and puffing up lawless grifter Hillary is the game set and match from the globalist NWO crowd, they know they have to build some kind of surging excitement around her, she has so little of her own and her pedo-island-hopping rapist husband has withered on the vine, his strength is fading.

Watch them also downplay any Trump spiking in the polls as merely anomalies, no need for a surge here,

Since this is from Pravda-on-the-Hudson, you can bet it skews at least five points in Hillary’s favor. So this is as much as an admission that Trump is surging while Broomhillary flails.

The forecast calls for clouds of flying monkeys ...

Trump is not ahead by 7%. Remember how many people thought Romney was going to win based on polls ?

That's what I was suggesting. Since Rasmussen is restricted to land lines, they are missing a lot. Have they "corrected" for this now? Who knows?

Pretty much everyone was wrong in 2012 -- my guess is because Obamaphone users were under sampled. Gallup decided to give up presidential election polling after 2012, concluding that it's now impossible.

But whatever the true number is, Hillary is not ahead by 10%, either. Will Obamaphone users flock to the polls in 2016 for Hillary like they did in 2012 for Obama? Will half of the millennials living in mom's basement who voted for Bernie vote for Trump instead of for Hillary? We'll see.

Several got very close, including some that are now showing movement in Trump's favor. Quinnipiac, for example, had a very small bias for the Obama.

Good point. It may be the Rasmussen Poll. The results are embargoed until 9:00 a.m. so the reason for withholding info.

Why would Drudge not source this poll?

Teaser to generate hits. It's his stock in trade.

IIRC dems out voted republicans in 2012 by 4%

so 5% is close enough.

Here's my opinion, I could be wrong, but I'm usually not, except when I am, which is rare.

If the primaries are any indication, Trump drew over a million more votes than any other republican candidate in history, on top of having 15 other candidates to compete against.

For all the talk of Trump having negatives, the numbers are showing the opposite.

Hillary isn't inspiring anybody. And Trump is drawing people, while barely spending money. He's polling better with hispanics and blacks than either Romney or McCain did. And by noticeable amounts.

If you go to

http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/us/elections/polls.html

And look at State Polling Averages, these are the swing states. They put every one of them on Hillary's side. But, there are only 3 swing states that are above 3.5%

Within 3.5%...All these others are legitimately in play.

That's 103 electoral votes

If we consider 151 as a lock, that's 254 with 270 needed.

There are 5 remaining states not polled. Co., Ga, Mn., Mo. , Nv.

Nevada and Georgia are already leaning Republican by their current office holders.

I think Hillary's camp is sweating bullets.

Hillary NEEDS to energize her own party. Bernie supporters are the key. If they stay home, she's toast.

From the Slimes article, hard to overcome this kind of stupidity

“I just don’t think she’s been completely truthful with this whole thing with her emails,” Cecelia Purner, 67, a retired customer service representative in Allentown, Pa., said in a follow-up interview. But, she added, “I think she’ll make a good president if elected.”

Hillary has about 2 weeks to turn this around. If not the Dems are going to have a panic attack and kick her to the curb.

Frankly I don’t think she is a skilled enough politician to pull it off.

Trump needs to start working on contingency plans to run against Biden or Warren.

Does anyone think Bernie endorsed Hillary on the condition that if Hillary drops out Bernie becomes the candidate?

Why else would Bernie make the move he did?

I look for Hillary to leave the race due to illness (sick poll numbers) if she can’t turn things around.

Polling rope-a-dope. Hill slides in the polls now and then SHAZAM! - an amazing post-Dem convention surge.

Exactly. THEY hold the reins AND America has demonstrated many times now, that THEY can get away with anything.

an amazing post-Dem convention surge.

Despite the fact that reruns of Pawn Stars will draw a higher rating than that convention.

I’ll bet the lack of real convention enthusiasm for Hillary will be apparent even to CBS and the NYT. Won’t stop her ‘polling surge’, though. heh heh
