I don’t get what is in it for Cruz. It would be better to not speak than to go this route IMO. This won’t lift him up to 2016 or 2020. Even if he does comeback, it will be in spite of this.

I don’t think a forced endorsement is magic for him either. Simply staying home would have made sense over this.
