Sarah Palin Saturday slammed liberal and feminist websites that mocked the wife of Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence for running a small business on the Internet that sells "towel charms."
"Absolutely amazes me that the liberal mindset allows mocking the American work ethic," the former Alaska governor said on Facebook. "Belittling an entrepreneurial spirit got us into the mess we're in with dependency on a failed, bankrupt government. "Big-government libs love the cycle of dependency because with it comes control of those who are dependent," Palin said.
Jezebel and other sites have bashed Karen Pence's company, That's My Towel Charm Inc., which sells items that be placed on towels to prevent them from being lost or taken by someone else.
"Karen Pence, Your Future Second Lady, Sells the Least Useful Item in Existence," screamed the headline on a July 15 report on Jezebel.
