2. Who is this guy? He claims to have her 'deleted emails' from her server and be on a personal vendetta.
Kim Dotcom had his house in New Zealand raided on his birthday in January 2012. $40+ million in assets seized. Been facing extradition to US for 4 years now.
All for some alleged DMCA violations for his Mega Upload website.
3. He says the cartoon on wiki (the cash for bombs email) is a hint at the 'smoking gun' that will lead to Hillary's indictment.
He certainly seems to know about the leak, what's to come, and have a motive for going after Hillary.

He’s in New Zealand and the U.S. wants him extradicted so he can come to an American jail over copyright violations. He had some site to download movies for free.

Here's the short version:
Mega Upload was a site to store and make available large files, whatever they may be. The government wanted the site to act as a surrogate copyright policeman. KDC said no and moved himself and his site out of US jurisdiction. That freaked them out and they've been on a crusade against him ever since.
Yeah, I don’t believe all of this.
Remember when Vince Foster was murdered and dumped in Fort Marcy park? I waited and waited for an indictment over that, but all that happened was that the Clintons produced a ludicrous “suicide note” in which Foster supposedly claimed that the bad press about the Clintons made him suicidal.
The Clintons have been and are above the law. The only way either of them will ever be indicted is if we purge the government of leftist operatives. I’m not sure that will ever happen, even with Trump as president. The leftist cabal is too powerful.
In any case, considering all of the things that Hillary has gotten away with, it is hard to imagine the kind of crime that would actually cause her to be indicted. Maybe if she were to run into a preschool shouting “Allahu Akbar” while she lobs grenades in every direction—but I’d be surprised even then.
He says he has nothing to do with the hack or emails, so he is going on either a rumor or some unknown person’s word. HUGE grain of salt.
I suppose Obama could pardon her his last day in office.
When it is understood that Clinton was selling bombs and weapons in Benghazi with Sid Blumenthal as the salesman, pocketing the cash, and hi f2f ing it from the American people, that will be her Romanian retirement.
He could just be denying in case he is sent to the U.S. Say, “Well I heard some rumors, but I didn’t do it myself.”
He’s making future predictions (date of release, content). We shall see.

It is common to hype the news all day long with, “Thousands die, details at eleven.” This generates viewership, traffic, clicks, whatever. Then, at eleven you find it’s about a new flea powder. But by that time you’ve seen their commercial. Common trick. I don’t fall for it anymore.
KimDotCom is somewhat off-kilter, pretty smart, well connected in the tech/code/hacking world and very, very angry that he had millions seized (he says illegally and without trial under the Obama regime) by the US. I expect that he will use whatever influence he has to disrupt the DNC and their coven.

The Wikileaks emails are revealing of collusion, corruption, mendacity, etc. but they also reveal that legacy politicians and legacy media seem to believe that they are still the center of the communications universe. Yes, they’ve let Politico and a few other outlets into their little power circle but for the most part they pretend the rest of the Internet doesn’t exist. Is this ignorance? Wishful thinking? The knowledge that one story planted will be picked up by broadcasters and local rags automatically?
My point is that the Clintons/DNC are living in a 1992 fool’s paradise if they think getting the 3 networks, the NYT and the Wash Post to dummy up on a story is an achievement. These abusers of the First Amendment were in the bag all along.
There is a vast difference between refusing to talk about your emails, denying their content, etc. and having the public gain direct, unfiltered access to your unguarded thoughts. Donna Brazile is one of the most odious human beings (?) walking the planet but she seems to grasp the challenge here: this is not 24 lines in a speech or a so-called controversial remark, this is 20,000 potential mines in a very tight field with 30,000 even more explosive mines to be added at a crucial moment ie Hillary’s own ‘deleted’ emails (how ignorant her team truly are).
The usual ‘I love the blacks/gays/Latinos/lefthanded’ pandering will become even more of a dial tone if everyone else is talking about the juicy details that have already seen the DNC chair bounced within days of the convention.
Violent street protests make nice photos but having their cynical enterprise revealed in full is what will derail the Dem campaign.

That’s right, the pollsters are calling this a very tight race now but, as usual, they are fudging the numbers until they have to come out with the actual numbers in order to keep their reputations as ‘unbiased’ organizations.

I’ve seen interviews with the guy. He’s not an idiot or crazy guy. If he says something...it’s usually the truth. The question would be....did he actually say this?
He has tons of “fans” who are geeks and consumed with plotting against something. It wouldn’t surprise me if several of them got into her system and captured every single email.
He better have a deadman switch that will release the stuff on 10/26 (or earlier if he doesn’t manually stop it each day) just in case some terrible mishap should befall him.

Pardon her? For what? She hasn't been indited. I am supposing that the only she wasn't indited was so that Trump could indite her without the risk of Obama giving her a pardon. If there is no crime then there can be no pardon. You can't sell indulgences here. You have to have something to pardon before you can issue a pardon. The FBI director may have done something very wise.

Quite true. I know of a major political corruption investigative piece that was spiked by a national business magazine because one of the sources started talking about its imminent publication. Thereby alerted, the target was able to generate enough political heat to get the story killed on the eve of publication after the cover art had been prepared.

Yep, top secret info was on the emails, whether marked as such or not. Letting that stuff out, regardless of intent, is a serious serious crime.
Letting SAP info out is orders of magnitude worse.
But this isn’t a magazine with just one outlet.
This is many servers, mirrors, sources, etc ready to be turned on.
