Yes, hacking into the Clinton bathroom server and stealing yoga routines and wedding planing messages is the highest form of crime.
Next, hacking into the DNC and downloading evidence of Vote rigging, stealing elections, bribery, corruption and selling Federal appointments comes in at a close second.
