If you’ve been brainwashed as most people under 40 in general, and liberals in particular have been, you sincerely believe that the climate will be inhospitable to human life in the very near future.
If that is your belief, then any amount of money spent to mitigate that is a good thing, in your mind.
The problem is, we lost this battle a long time ago when we let the left take over schools.
Translation: Someone else will bear those costs. The Leftist is nothing if not predictable, this is a derivative behavior described by Vox Day as the Third Law of Social Justice Warriors, “Project” so the lefty projects to costs onto someone else, preferably some productive conservative.

The indoctrination and brainwashing techniques used in Kali are more refined than elsewhere in America. Anyone susceptible to their message will believe it down to their bones and no one or nothing can change their minds.
It permeates the airwaves constantly on TV, Radio, billboards, posters, everything. There’s no escaping it. To a conservative it feels like a total assault on ones senses so painful it physically hurts in the way of headaches because your common sense is telling you one thing but the constant onslaught of lib/prog programming is everywhere.
I’ve all but stopped going to the Peoples Republic of Kali to visit friends and family due to this unavoidable mental onslaught. The last time I was there I had to watch hours of Fox News just to offset the constant bombardment of the liberal/progressive swill.
Once you are aware of it; it makes it even harder to be there for any length of time. When I must go; I try to limit it to no more than 2 nights and listen to my own music in my car if I drive there so as to not hear the subliminal messaging on the radio stations there.
I once lived there. When I moved away, thankfully, it still took years to slap the lib/prog BS out of my head and I wasn’t even that susceptible to it like the true believers are.
I feel deeply for our FR and just plain regular conservative brothers and sisters in Kali fighting the good fight against all odds or just staying quiet to get by until they can retire and get the hell out of there. Unfortunately I have had no luck in convincing any friends or family to leave. The programming is strong and frankly the geography is fantastic which makes it even harder to leave.
