Last night Drudge posted a picture of Obama and Hillary that plainly showed a hole in Hillary's tongue - https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CobDEdXWIAAVt_5.jpg. It was noticed by a number of Freepers on this thread http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3453802/posts and Mike Cernovich who is reporting on the Democrat convention noticed it too:

IMO, it is the thinly dissolved remnant of a steroid strength cough suppressant. Lozenges like that can vacuum-adhere themselves to the tongue or inside mouth that appear like a depression.
