Pope Francis: "If I Speak Of Islamic Violence, I Must Speak Of Catholic Violence"
Breitbart.com ^ | August 1,2016 | Thomas D. Williams, PH.D

In a press conference Sunday, Pope Francis appeared to suggest that all religions are equally prone to violence and that Islam and Christianity are the same in this regard. When asked by a journalist about the “barbarous assassination of Fr. Jacques Hamel” in northern France who was clearly “killed in the name of Islam” last Tuesday, the Pope replied that he doesn’t like speaking about Islamic violence because there is plenty of Christian violence as well.

“He wants people to know that Christians are no better than muslims.”

Actually, we Christians are not better than anyone else, but sure are better off.

And you are spot on that he does not want that distinction acknowledged. Evangelizing is the farthest thing from his rhetoric.

Ah, yes, the Crusades. When murderous Christians suddenly and deliberately attacked peace loving Muslims who’d never raised a hand in anger ever before. Such a shame!

the Pope replied that he doesn’t like speaking about Islamic violence because there is plenty of Christian violence as well.

Well, there WAS plenty of Christian violence if you count the Crusades, but the Saracens were pretty violent too.

And for the pope to say "there is plenty of Christian violence as well", that's puzzling. It depends on what the meaning of "is" is, but it's kind of a stretch to use "is" since that was a millenium ago.

But unless the pope knows something we don't, I'd have to reply there aren't any imperialistic, violent armed groups spreading war and terror in the name of Christianity that I know of.

So yeah, we get it. You're one of "those" popes. South American "liberation theology", unless I'm wrong.

Unfortunately, you seem to have been seduced by Marxist "theology", when your life guide is supposed to be the Holy Bible.

I’m sick of this liberal jerk.

Self-hating white European westerner.

Get a clue: the New Test in particular nor the Bible in general commands ANYWHERE for Jews/Christians to kill for the faith.

Huge difference.

The Catholic church seems to have abandoned Christ’s teachings in favor of moral equivalency as the new scripture.

The “Red Pope” has spoken.

I would not be a member of a church that hade the likes of this man as its leader.

The Pope is a sham, pure and simple.

Or worse, he has been compromised by Satan and is doing the work of his new master.

Just proves the point that a pope is not in any way a messenger of, or substitute for, God or Christ. When my Catholic friend told me that when there’s a conflict between the Bible’s teachings and the pope’s decrees, the pope ALWAYS supersedes the Bible. (Sadly, she is in the pope’s corner on this one — a flaming libtard.)

If the pope had been gifted with some mysterious, superhuman qualities of knowledge and discernment when the smoke came out of the chimney, wouldn’t he “get” the truth about the Crusades?

The Crusades were a response to Islam’s invasion and murder of thousands of Christians throughout the world. “Convert or die,” as armies of Muslim terrorists invaded country after country in Asia, ME, Balkans and much more. The Crusades failed to stop the onslaught.

Today the invasion continues only the tactics have changed. It is now done by immigration and refugee programs. Look at the statistics in the US and all Western countries and you will see their remarkable success.

Yes, let’s talk about how when Muslims do such violence, taking it upon themselves to kill people because they do not follow Mohammad (or follow him correctly), they follow Mohammad’s example.

For Christians such would represent a departure from imitating Christ.

Truly: completely comparable.

When will they RETURN to the condemnation of using human beings in diabolical, evil, ways, like with polygamy in islam and sodomy is ok with the little children and animals, etc. in islam/koran—using human beings in vile, degrading evil ways is OK? As a Means to an End? LOL....what a “church” and anti-pope.

Can a Marxist homosexualist be a “Catholic”? Can a “homosexual” “Marriage” be a union? Can you have Pride in anal sex????? LOL. Can a Lie be Truth? What does the term “Catholic” mean anymore-———words-—twist, warp, destroy-—all to demoralize, subvert and collapse for the NWO (One Mind (control)) of all the little children........brainwashing into irrationality (utopia—ha ha).)

Wisdom (truth) creates people who have Free Will and Individuality (unique identity). Individualism is essential for wisdom (thinking outside the “box” collective/bee hive)-—and the ONLY way children are able to “think coherently (outside group-think) is to understand the Laws of Nature and nature’s God which is when they are raised INSIDE their NATURAL FAMILY with a mother and father and siblings and relatives to emotionally and biologically connect themselves to the past and future.

It is not in a feudal/serf system of “group think”-—but in a system of subsidiarity where children learn Self-Reliance and learn to LOVE both male and female (and embed in early childhood how to interact with BOTH—and what is male—what is female).

Trying to destroy roles and identity formulation in children through hyper-sexualization (Sex Ed) and destruction of Christianity (Natural Family) is crucial to get serf minds-—children incapable of understanding the Truth of Reality——so they “know” and accept sodomy as normal-—all for the NWO where there will be sex with children/babies again like in Ancient Babylonian (he-she-goat-god) religions——Radical Egalitarianism—Marxism-—true communism where there is no mother and father or biological connections.

This “Catholic” Church-—throwing OUT the Catholic Canon-—like America throwing out the Constitution——is a FRAUD.

The Spanish Inquisition was political and not run by the Vatican. It was also overblown by Martin Luther’s followers.

Baloney. Of course there are Catholics who commit violence. How many of them commit violence in the name of Catholicism and Catholicism’s God? He surely understands the distinction. If he doesn’t, he needs to find a different job.
