BC was the lesser of the indiscretions. BO’B was NOT a NBC BECAUSE his father was NOT an AMERICAN citizen; therefore he could have been born red, white, blue and black but that would never make him an NBC. His mother, we presume was an American, but his father was Kenyan (a British subject).
