Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's lead over Republican rival Donald Trump has narrowed to less than 3 percentage points, according to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll released on Friday.
Polls released just at the beginning of the week found that Clinton had a larger lead, ranging from 7% in a CBS poll to as high as 9% in CNN/ORC's poll.
Friday's poll found that about 42 percent of likely voters favored Clinton, to Trump's 39 percent.
The poll, taken between July 31 and August 4 had a credibility interval of plus or minus 3 percentage points, meaning that the results suggest the race is roughly even.
Among registered voters over the same period, Clinton held a lead of five percentage points, down from eight percentage points on Monday, according to the poll.
The reasons behind the shift were unclear.
Clinton had pulled well ahead of Trump on the heels of the Democratic National Convention last week, where she became the first woman to accept the U.S. presidential nomination from a major political party.

Considering they oversample Dems, this tells me the Khan mess actually might have helped Trump. I think the media and Dems forget that most American probably felt just like Trump....even if they don’t say it out loud.

It is going to be a bucking flowout and your liberal neighbors and relatives are gonna need smelling salts because they are gonna faint whent the numbers come in.

Now some of the press is revisiting her email lying. Trump sending out messages she is insane and erratic. On Monday one of Trump’s PACs is releasing some very good Ads with a strong economic message for several swing states. By all accounts they are very polished and effective.

The dirty little secret is that the vast majority of voters don’t even start paying attention until the debates, all the polls are showing now is the back and forth static of however the political winds are blowing.
Hillarys poll numbers seem inversly tied to the Body Count of DNC.
A couple more weeks Trump will be back up.
I hope he alienated a lot of undecideds with claiming Allah is gonna smite Trump.
