Somebody needs to do a headcount, because Obama has appointed a *lot* of homosexuals to the foreign service as ambassadors. Some countries have actually refused to credential real flamers who have been sent there, not particularly wanting the US embassy in their country turned into a gay bathhouse/round-the-clock orgy.
Were Obama to have done this discreetly, it wouldn’t have raised eyebrows. However, he has recruited hardcore, Castro Street flamboyant homosexuals who really want to wave it in the face of their host country.
This is all part of Obama’s genius “pivot to Asia”.
He wasn’t accused. He had death squads and the whole country has death squads now. His ministers are climbing over each other to announce what offenses they will kill you for.

I clearly remember under the Butcher of Benghazi and her successor Kerry, promoting fagdom was stated to be the actual mission of the state dept. Fag “pride” events in embassies and the like. Fag ambassadors all over the place. No doubt staffers as well.
They have been pushing fagdom in countries around the world pedal to the metal.

Yeah, I guess so. This administration seems bent on destroying the nation as fast as possible. I have never seen it this bad to where advocating/supporting/protecting/tryingtogetalloftheyoungpeopletoparticipatein homosexuality is #1 priority and everything else be damned.

More correct translation is
...that ambassador, that homosexual. Sonofabitch, he bugs me.
Putang Ina is literally “son of a whore”, no canine reference, using “puta”, the Spanish for whore. Its an all-purpose curse word often liberally used as an interjection where “f***” or “f*****g” would be used in similar situations in this country.
Often contracted to “’tangina” or “’tang’na”. As one would do if used rapidly and frequently.
Its also, more correctly, used where sonofabitch is used as an interjection.
So he wasn’t actually calling the ambassador that. He was, in that part of his statement, speaking colorfully.
He did call him “bakla”, which is a fairly modern, formerly slang term. Its not a “nice” term like “gay”, but common and acceptable these days. The word is old and the attachment of the homosexual meaning to it is interesting. There are several other Tagalog words for homosexual.
Buwisit, or bwisit, is another interesting word that isnt actually precisely translatable.
Tagalog is an interesting language.
I cannot wait for Duterte to call our president “homobama”!
