A political consultant close to Kathleen Kane testified Thursday that the attorney general was deeply involved in orchestrating an illegal grand jury leak and that the two of them plotted a cover-up, conspiring to pin the leak on an estranged former top aide.
"We had conspired to create this story that wasn't true," Joshua Morrow said Thursday as he took the witness stand in Kane's perjury trial....

Her law license is already suspended, she argued that she could conduct her official business without one.
She’ll probably retain her AG spot from house arrest.

The PA Supreme Court did (temporarily) suspend her law license as of Sept. 2015. I imagine that will become permanent when/if she is convicted, since she is not actually a Clinton.
Meanwhile, she is in the remarkable situation of serving as a state’s Atty General with her law license suspended.
Apparently her feuds and political vendettas involve fellow Democraps, which explains how she became vulnerable to this sort of prosecution, I suppose.

What a typical Democrat politician; the whole crime was to lash out and destroy an enemy. Apparently Joshua Morrow got a conscience and made an immunity deal; somehow the Clinton Arkancide Machine did not get wind or as someone else said maybe Kane did not get her payment out to the Clinton Foundation on time.
We really need to clean up this corruption on both sides, A bullet to the back of the head kinda cleaning.

I’m guessing that Morrow discovered his “conscience” when his nuts were in the wringer, but I don’t know how it all went down.
There are a lot of people (especially Democrats) who will only testify fully in such cases when it’s to save their own sorry hides.
This is right out of the Clinton Playbook. Sounds like Hillary's Travelgate, along with many of the other Clinton scandals over the years.
