The TPM headline is a lie too, unless TMP and Jake Tapper stipulate that Khan is in fact a member of Muslim Brotherhood, or in fact supports an ISIS-type attitude against the US, or stipulate that Khan has given anti-American speeches. Paladino's conclusion (that Khan doesn't deserve "gold star family") is conditional. Now, it may be that Paladino thinks Khan is a member of MB, or has given anti-American speeches, and it would be up to him to prove that.

After reading what we discovered so far, it becomes obvious that Khan wanted to ‘trump’ Trump’s Muslim immigration policy of limiting Muslim immigration into the U.S.

Khizr Muazzam Khan graduated in Punjab University Law College, as the New York Times confirms. He specialized in International Trade Law in Saudi Arabia. An interest lawyer for Islamic oil companies Khan wrote a paper, called In Defense of OPEC to defend the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), an intergovernmental oil company consisting of mainly Islamic countries.
But more than this, Khan is a promoter of Islamic Sharia Law in the U.S. He was a co-founder of the Journal of Contemporary Issues in Muslim Law (Islamic Sharia). Khan’s fascination with Islamic Sharia stems from his life in Saudi Arabia. During the eighties Khan wrote a paper titled Juristic Classification of Islamic [Sharia] Law. In it he elucidated on the system of Sharia law expressing his reverence for “The Sunnah [the works of Muhammad] — authentic tradition of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).” A snapshot of his essay can be seen here:
But Khan’s fascination with Islam isn’t the only issue lest they say he was a “moderate Muslim”. What is more worrisome is that at the bottom of the intro, Khan shows his appreciation and the source of his work and gives credit to an icon of the Muslim Brotherhood:
“The contribution to this article of S. Ramadan’s writing is gratefully acknowledged.”

This alone speaks volumes. Khan used the works of S. Ramadan to lay his foundation for his inspiration regarding the promotion of Sharia. S. Ramadan is Said Ramadan, head of the Islamic Center in Geneva and a major icon of the Muslim Brotherhood, the grandson of Hassan Al-Banna the founder and hero of the Muslim Brotherhood which spread terrorism throughout the world.
UPDATE: Due to too many bleeding hearts bickering for “more evidence” we read through Khan’s work to only find a treasure trove on how Khan describes Sharia asking Muslims to obey it. In his essay, he denounces any modern reforms stating that Sharia is fixed.
Firstly, it is obvious that Khan instructs Muslims to submit to Sharia “they [Muslims] must always be subordinated to the Shari’ah”:
In the same writing, Khan promotes Muslims to use Al-Muwatta, the oldest book on Islamic Sharia law, written by Muwatta Imam Malik. He says that it should be used “to bring about legal uniformity in the Muslim nation”:

“Is there any evidence?”
Pence says “yes”.
“Foreign donors.” Wallace interrupts.
Pence: “Public has right to know.”
He explains Clinton’s lack of trustworthiness.
So Wallace changes the subject to ISIS and Clinton,
and defends his Queen.
Wallace makes light of the growing gout of evidence and
again plays Wallace-the-dunce.
Pence: “He (Trump on discussing the ISIS-Clinton connection)
was being very serious.”
Wallace will have none of it and interrupts twice.
Pence, tolerating the fool, explains there are “failed policies in the
middle east.”
Wallace will have none of it and interrupts again,
and goes back to the made up nonsense about emails
and Russians foised by ... Fox “News”.
Pence defends Mr. Trump.
Wallace next decides to help ISIS.
Wallace: “What is his plan (for taking them out)?
Pence says he will find out soon.
Wallace will have none of that, either, and interrupts
citing Sen. Collins, and the “50” criminals who
armed ISIS and helped Clinton cover it up. (see post 28)
Pence correctly reminds the liar, interrupter Wallace
of Reagan, and Wallace takes a hit
to his Romney-dreaming,Soros-paid gut.
So Wallace changes the subject to taxes,
refusing to discuss the evidence of arming ISIS.
On and on it goes with Wallace attempting to take out
Mr. Trump and Gov. Pence, but it is a failure.
Bottom Line : TKO by Gov. Pence against a blazing fool.
Big thing to watch out for is Diebold voting machines that are so easy to hack.
If all the truth comes out about hillarys medical condition it may sway the election if she can’t lie her way out.
Then of course there is the 300 lbs canary in the room,the foundation.Her jeopardy there is endless.
