It may sound a bit James Bondish, however, the Turks could carry out a sudden attack to flood our base with nerve, mustard, or sarin gas and take out our Marines guarding our nuke ordinance.

Bear in mind, detonation capability may not be that important, since these nuke’s fissible material would make ideal dirty bombs.
And wrestling these arrows from us would be quite a prestigious bas-ass prize for Global Caliphate ascending power.

Imagine the demands ISIS might then make:
“German, France and England, adopt the following sharia law measures or one of your financially significant cities will become hot and uninhabitable.”
