Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it "disqualifies" her from holding any federal office. Such as, say, President of the United States. Very specifically it points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says:
“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Title 18, Sec. 2071 should be inscribed under a mug shot of HRC and disseminated in every conceivable public forum from now until she is sent to prison.
That said, it ought to disqualify her in the eyes of any sane voter. So should he pay-to-play "charity" money laundering operation. So should her Banghazi lies. So should her lighting the middle east on fire and helping to create the power vacuum that gave us ISIS. I could go on.

That’s exactly right. The only qualifications for the Presidency are those explicitly listed in the Constitution, and the Supreme Court has invariably struck down all others. Congress does not have the power to pass laws which impose further limits on the Presidency. To the extent that Congress attempts to do so, such laws are facially unconstitutional. So these laws only apply to other government officials. It’s up to the voters to decide whether a person who has broken laws (whether or not a conviction has yet occurred) should still be elected as President.

Exactly...there is no need to prove intent. The fact that she “took” or created an alternate server away from government property IN HER DAMN HOUSE is proof of the crime.

Yet Obama IS the president, elected TWICE.
Don’t count on anyone to enforce some puny “law” to stop Hillary, when they wouldn’t use the constitution itself to stop Obama.
She has already committed the illegal acts, so there fore the “intent” does not apply. She is guilty as hell.

I believe Hillary purposely announced the US nuclear response time. This quickly ends her presidential candidacy, with her case tied up legally in perpetuity] She no longer will be allowed to run as Democrat candidate for President. Therefore:
1-another Democrat presidential candidate will be chosen [with out time to be vetted ...like Obama wasn’t] This will be supported by RINO Repubs & liberal Dems.
2-Main Steam media will worship this new savior
3-Trump will continue to be crucified in the court of public opinion by the Main Stream Media. Trump
3- Soro’s new Democrat candidate will continue to allow political corruption, increased alien invasion & collapse of the economic, military and Constitutional government of the U.S.A.
