For starters, JW should request that the FBI confirm that the total number of emails they receive from State MATCHES their count.
There’s nothing they can really do but stall on the delivery.
After all, the only excuse for holding back the emails from an FOIA request is if there is national security concerns about the content of the emails. However, if there were national security concerns, then Hillary Clinton should have been indicted for mishandling such classified information. So they either have to turn them over, or admit that Hillary acted criminally. Best they can do is turn them over, but do it as slowly as possible to hopefully avoid handing over the most damaging stuff before the election.

Obama can pardon preemptively if he wishes.

Zero can pardon her before he leaves office if he wants to. He doesn’t have to wait upon the verdict in a trial.

In my view I doubt Mrs. Bill Clinton will be indicted on anything but I sure hope I’m wrong.

Hussein already pardoned her. Madam Benghazi was NOT charged because Hussein made phone calls to FBI, AG, CIA, and KBG probably too that Hillary was NOT going to be charged with anything.
America's FIRST Muslim President needs Hillary to be elected no matter what the evidence shows. The Muslim destruction of America must continue and Hillary and Bill Clinton are for sale to the highest bidders. It's apparent from Hillary saying she would far exceed dumping Muslims into the US that the Muslim terrorists are the highest bidders.
The Muslims cannot compete on the battelfield. To enslave the west, the only option is to flood the west with peaceful Muslms who sometimes loose their patience and kill infidels. Hillary and the other looney liberals don't realize that one day their day under Sharia law will come too.
