Hussein Obama, America's FIRST Muslim President, has no use for American law except to screw America with it. The Clintons use American law to hide their crimes. A lawyer once told me that if caught DUI, refuse to take a breathalyzer test. It's better to be guilty by refusing than guilty by analysis. If Hillary destroyed the emails she can lie until the cows come home and Trump can't call her a convicted felon. Anyone with an IQ above room temperature knows Hillary is guilty, but it's different than a conviction.
Obama skate? Of course, he's in charge of this corrupt government. Like Watergate, the pawns fall one by one to protect the liar in chief. It's NOT the FBI, it's NOT the Secretary of State, it's NOT the Attorney General, it's Hussein Obama himself.

Sounds like bad legal advice, definitely PA, but most states imply permission to breath or blood test as condition of license. Refusal is a separate charge, what that means is that you’ll get a year suspension for the refusal, and still be charged with the DUI with supporting information, i.e. was weaving, slurred speech, odor of alcoholic beverage on breath, driving wrong way on one way street, car in ditch etc.
If your B.A.C. is under legal limit you’re home free, better to take the test, if you’re over the limit you’ll get the DUI, a refusal just adds a year suspension onto the DUI, which may be more than the DUI penalty

I think they’d be better off waiting for wikileaks to do a dump... Why would anyone trust the State Department?
A good point, State is not trustworthy.
Would be ironic if State withheld and then wikileaks released emails that show it.
