I have a friend who had a stroke who has dysphagia. He sometimes coughs and it makes him pass out. He recently had pneumonia because he aspirated something.

I would observe that falsifying medical records of an adult in public life might be more difficult than falsifying those of a newborn. The insertion of a false element into the extensive fact pattern and history of an adult would require a lot of subtlety and insight. Hillary certainly doesn't have the skill to do this, and I very much doubt that any of her close staffers do either.
I think most of them are mediocrities.
