There is no written evidence that Hillary Clinton or her top aides completed ethics training when they started working at the State Department, even though it’s required by federal law, according to a report released Thursday.
Records show that just three of nine top Clinton aides took the mandated training for new employees. The records also suggest that neither Clinton nor seven top aides required to take subsequent annual training completed it.
Many of the aides — including Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan — hold key positions with the Democratic nominee’s presidential campaign.
The Trump campaign was quick to pounce.
“Hillary Clinton and her aides reportedly skipped their ethics training. That would make sense, since Hillary was planning a criminal enterprise trading government favors for cash,” said Stephen Miller, the GOP nominee’s national policy director, referring to ties between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation.

The Justice Department moved Tuesday to fight a federal judge’s order that its lawyers undergo mandatory ethics training, digging in after the DOJ was accused of misleading the courts over President Obama’s immigration executive actions.
In filings Tuesday, the department said the order would “far exceed the bounds of appropriate remedies” and would cost the department millions.
U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, of Texas, had issued the order earlier this month, after alleging DOJ attorneys misled him about the implementation of Obama’s executive orders on illegal immigrants.
Attorneys had told Hanen that a key component – an expansion of a 2012 program to protect illegal immigrants from deportation if they were brought to the U.S. as children – hadn’t been implemented. But officials later revealed they had given more than 108,000 people three-year reprieves from deportation under the expanded rules, as well as work permits.
They should make all government and elected officials do a sexual harassment course every quarter like they do the military.

I don’t see what the big deal is. Obviously the ethics training did not apply to Hillary and her posse.
Sure, it may have been helpful for them to know the rules that the little people had to comply with, but other little people would see to that those rules would be enforced where applicable. You know, like James Comey saw to that Martha Stewart got time, but Hillary got to skate.
Need we remind Judge Hannen that the preferred MO of criminals to hide larger crimes is to falsify official documents?
Judge Hannen needs to determine the larger crimes the Boobambas are hiding.
They are all required to take annual security briefings on how to handle classified data, code words for various matters and what is classified.

Exactly. The old "Plausible Deniability" tactic.
She knew that if they took the classes they couldn't use that tactic.
The classes are not to 'teach ethics', they are to eliminate the 'Plausible Deniability' by politicians when it comes to statements to the media or legal challenges.
You need this for accountability. Employers make you take these courses to prove you knew and to hold you accountable. For Hillary, there is no documented proof to hild her accountable. How convenient.
The trainees would never have survived the lightning bolts.
