Hacking Democracy - The Hack
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t75xvZ3osFg&feature=youtu.be
Published on This is the hack that proved America's elections can be stolen using a few lines of computer code. The 'Hursti Hack' in this video is an excerpt from the feature length Emmy nominated documentary 'Hacking Democracy'. The hack of the Diebold voting system in Leon County, Florida, is real. It was verified by
Same machine Indiana de certified (and I watched being tested at 2012 primary)
Please pass to others and encourage them to send it to state officials !
Anyone who knows anything about computers, especially any programmer, and believes computers should be used for voting is 1) incompetent, 2) evil, 3) a fool, or 4) a Democrat.
BTTT Super crucial matter!
It’s not the votes that count......
5) All of the above
Computers should not be used for voting.
However, the votes should be recorded on the internet, so that every voter can log in AFTER voting and VERIFY that his/her vote was recorded correctly.
As it is, individuals have NO way of knowing whether our vote has been deleted or changed.
My precinct gives me a little 4-digit receipt that means nothing; the poll watcher draws a red line thru my name and asks me to sign.
That is to prevent me from voting twice. So far so good.
But then what happens to my vote? If I use the electronic system, is the machine properly calibrated, or does it automatically change votes to democrat? If I mark a paper ballot, can’t it easily be torn up? How can I know?
The receipt should be coded re: state, county, precinct, voter. I should be able to go home and look up the receipt number and verify that my vote —as I actually voted-—is on record.
If the receipt number is not shown with my correct vote next to it, I should be allowed to raise a stink about it, with my paper receipt in hand.
How many people have NOT watched this. This is completely maddening!
Click link and WATCH, it’s like maybe 5 minutes
and bumpers get busy and make this go viral.
Can someone put this in Breaking News, permanently or just for today...?
