San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has said he plans to sit out the national anthem tonight, just as he did in the preseason game against the Green Bay Packers last week and other games this summer before reporters took notice.
He says his protest will continue indefinitely. “When there’s significant change and I feel like that flag represents what it’s supposed to represent in this country, I’ll stand,” Kaepernick told reporters Sunday.

Apparently America TWICE electing a half-black Muslim SJW (just like Kaep, coincidentally) to the Presidency wasn't enough for him.
Only Pittsburghers might get this but Kapernick is the Paul Spatafore of the NFL.
At this point it’s best to ignore him completely. Don’t give him the attention he so obviously craves. His whole purpose for this is NOT the “cause” but to tick others off. Don’t give him the satisfaction.
His teammates should form a box around him,shielding him from TV cameras. He’s just doing this for attention that his lousy play doesn’t get him any more. Ignore him.
Simple solution: His coach should tell him to wait in the locker room until he’s needed. He can sit all he wants there.
The NFL needs to be defunded by patriots.
Stop giving them your money and they won’t be able to pay ungrateful a$$holes exhoritant salaries.

He’ll get the medias attention and that’s what he wants. This should put him over the top in the “most unpopular” category. After this game, the show will be over and he’ll be a thing of the past. He can’t possibly insult and show his treason any more clearly than on a night that honors the military.
Being this unpopular is going to wear him down.
The NFL stopped existing to me decades ago.

The flag represents our freedom, the freedom of everyone to live and prosper in the greatest nation on earth, it’s the American Dream and envy of the world.
Kaepernick was given a chance to achieve the American Dream, we all have been given a chance to achieve that dream.
If there is someone who fails to find success in America, it is their fault and not the fault of others.
We can all succeed here and overcome any obstacle. We have jobs, we have prosperity, we all have opertunties and we have freedom.
Ignore him like the media would a fan on the field. Just show players who appreciate this country.
