Rumor has it the Niners are going to do exactly that: they are going to shut down Kaepernick this season to avoid injury, and then cut him. Kaepernick does not want to go quietly, but as another FReeper said yesterday: “He’s burning more bridges than the Germans did during their retreats in 1945.”

He publicly immolates himself, gets cut from the NFL, becomes a pariah, runs through his money, and finally....

...the BLM Muslim woman who encouraged him to do this dumps him like yesterday’s coffee grounds.

Not a very bright guy.

70,000 fans moon him?

When they play the National Anthem at this Thursday’s NFL Salute to the Military, they should seat a disabled veteran next to Colin Kaepernick.

See who his contract are with. Complain to them.
Stop using their products. You can live without his brands.

Aaron Hernandez, formerly of the Patriots, was an incredibly skilled receiver destined for great things.I,personally, always wondered about all his tattoos but I guess many NFL players have them...but Hernandez has them on his neck which,to me,is a huge red flag

Well,Hernandez went on to be convicted of Murder 1 in some kind of revenge thing from a bar incident. And now he's scheduled to go on trial in a *double* murder.

That,Rae Carruth and OJ kinda makes me wonder what this filthy punk might have under his fingernails...

He should be history. Did he think that was clever? I would cut him from the team if it was my call. Idiot.

This guy is really giving the finger to the 49ers and the NFL.

My guess is the management wusses for the 49ers and NFL will let him get away with it.

Meanwhile, the brand continues to be soiled.

That can't be a real picture as that sort of thing only happens in Philly according to ESPN and the MSM. /SARC

I don’t know if San Diego fans will throw bottles and such stuff. But, I have no doubt that some fans in some cities will. Think of Kaepernick’s team mates! They are going to have to tolerate this bs all year. Imagine your entire team getting all time booed when they run on the field for the stupidity of one guy.

I envision some big 49ers lineman just whaling the crap out of him!

San Diego fans will not.

They are a very unenthusiaistic, low energy bunch, and probably the number one reason why it should have been the Chargers that moved to L.A. and not the Rams.

Nothing beats Cleveland’s 10 cent beer night in 1974 for crowd participation.

.............the last NFL game I attended was the Houston Oilers playing SD. This was in about 1980.

Thst’s how much I care about the NFL. I think now that the NFL thinks they can add politics to their brand, the sport is headed for oblivion.

So let me get this straight.

He gets to wear pig/cop socks, but the Dallas players can't wear a sticker supporting 5 murdered police officers while they protected a BLM protest?

NBC newscaster Tim Russert, then a student at the Cleveland–Marshall College of Law, attended the game. “I went with $2 in my pocket,” recalled the Meet the Press host. “You do the math.”

Would be funny if this “Welfare Recipient” mindset were confronted with lower attendance and reduced viewership for his asinine antics.

I saw a grown man wearing “Robin the Boy Wonder” socks. What the heck is going on here?

Those are the kind of socks pre-teen girls wore in the ‘70s when they weren’t old enough to dress like grown ladies, but too old to dress like little girls.
