Exactly. Even IF they manage to boot out the dictator of the year without massive casualties in the first place (remember - no 2nd amendment and no big hunting culture down there) the vast majority still don’t have the faintest idea of how to improve things. External intervention that included a forced dismantling and rebuilding from the ground up is the only hope for permanent change for the better and the few remaining white Christian nations that COULD do that I doubt will.
