Two of those votes will be from my younger brothers - those would have been votes for Hillary. There is no way I could have talked those idiots into voting Trump, but Johnson wasn’t too far of a shot for them. Stealing at least two votes from Hillary sounds like a start to me - hopefully more as they talk to their little idiot friends.
So I looked into Gary Johnson after what you guys said, and yikes!

Just because other people had been in longer doesn’t mean he wasn’t well established as part of business as usual. Usually Dems bankroll Libertarian candidates. Maybe Soros. But I repeat myself.
Most of Johnson’s 10% supporters are GOP NeverTrumper types. I predict most all of them will start drifting back to the GOP the closer we get to Election Day and vote for Trump.
The closer we get to Election Day and the realization starts to hit them that they could well be putting Hillary in the White House by wasting their vote for a 3rd party candidate may cool off enough of their anger at Trump to vote for Trump solely to keep the Clintons from returning to the White House.
Libertarians typically only get around 1% of the vote and I expect Johnson to fall back down to the 1-2 % level come Election Day!
