Hmmmmm....she definitely has voice and throat problems. I have (somewhat) allergies to ragweed and pollen. But I don’t remember my voice ever being that weak from it. Ever.

I don’t know what the official level of infection has to be to reach the level of pneumonia, but she definitely has an infection in her lungs. Her coughs are productive.
She isn’t reaching for a drink here. She’s in effect reaching for an emesis basin. She needs to spit out what she coughed up.
He cough has been present for months. It’s not a typical infection unless you figure in a protracted diagnosis which includes this as a typical symptom throughout.
I suspect some of her drowsiness results from her simply not getting enough oxygen and for that reason being easily susceptible to fatigue.

That is the scenario I see. She is getting stomped in the polls so the October surprise will be Biden being named the candidate. This will happen just before the deadline to be listed on ballots in all states except Minnesota.

I had a relative develop a bad cough. She died of a pulmonary embolism.
