Also playing Colin Powel email advice to Clinton (as claimed by Elijah Cummings), that has Powell suggesting ways Clinton can skirt public records laws by use of a private server.

Emphasis on Clinto e-mail issue (including Comey coming out) tells me the press is working diligently to make this into "old news."
