Anyone but Shrillary, the Secret Service agent in charge would have insisted they go straight to the hospital. Only Shrillary could face down the SS and say she was not going to the ER (and a conscious, lucid patient can refuse medical care, ofc the SS knows that). I don’t think anyone but Shrillary could have made this call.

WHY she is so resistant to being examined and tested in a new hospital, even at potential risk to her own life from going untreated, is ofc one of the big questions!!!
