It sounds like Hillary but I do not know how long the ride to the hospital would have been. Hillary did not look like she would have been able to give anyone any orders for the next 5-10 minutes or so even if she recovered when she was put in a horizontal position.

Bellevue would be the closest Level I trauma center, probably 10-15 minutes away up the FDR drive from the Trade Center. Lower Manhattan Hospital (Formerly NY Downtown) would be the closest hospital, a few blocks away by the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge.
