Limbaugh claims to be accurate 98.9% of the time or something like that yet he couldn’t google pneumonia? I used to respect him but he is nothing but a blowhard now.

Well, Rush has seen conservatives through some pretty dark times, and he will always be my guy. I still respect him, value his vision and always will, so........

there are several analysis of this ridiculous piece of film on Youtube, the obvious fakery takes your breath away. The audience are capturing an entirely different event at an entirely different location, they have been spliced into the film.
And at the end, Hillary points behind her where there’s nobody. I can’t believe I saw that. DEPLORABLE!

"I'm not sure I agree with you a hundred percent on your police work, there, Lou." [Fargo fans will get it.]

You can't lay a protractor on a photo in order to measure an angle unless the angle lies in a plane perpendicular to the direction the camera is pointing.

I estimate the angle you are measuring to be closer to 75 degrees than 30. An accurate assessment would require information about the angle of the camera. For example, imagine that the camera was lowered toward the sidewalk. One would observe through the viewfinder (and on a photo) that the apparent angle would decrease toward zero until it becomes impossible to see both the shadow and the sidewalk edge.

To your point.

Here is a revised analysis. The highlighted angles are those I deemed plausible. The numbers along the bottom represent the corresponding time of day. (See the below Table of Solar Data for details)

Note that the shadows are not pointing down the sidewalk but toward the buildings.

I think the photo was taken between 1030 and 1300, most likely between 1130 - 1230.

As an additional check observe the man in the suit and note his height and the length of his shadow. The shadow is shorter than the height. If you divide the height by the length the result is greater than 1. This corresponds with the tangent of the solar elevation being greater than one, which occurs between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM.

In the morning and evening shadows are longer than the height. If you divide the height by the longer length the result is less than 1, this corresponds with the tangent of the solar elevation being less than one.

Rather than trying to pin down an exact time I think it suffices to establish a range of possibilities. There was some concern that the photo was taken either before going to the ceremony or in the late afternoon. I think the shadow length definitively shows that those times are outside the range of possibilities.

I stopped reading when Rush said he never heard of bacterial pneumonia. Is he losing it?

Well, he lost his ability to "hear" about it.

Hillary is shampoo-phobic. I hear they have to sedated her just to wash her hair.

Ray, you certainly have covered the question of the time of day thoroughly.

the answer to her miraculous recovery might be here:

http://www.webmd.com/parkinsons-disease/tc/parkinsons-disease-and-freezing-topic-overview

In Parkinson’s disease, freezing (sometimes called motor block) is a sudden, brief inability to start movement or to continue rhythmic, repeated movements, such as finger-tapping, writing, or walking. Freezing most often affects walking, but it also can affect speech, writing, and the person’s ability to open and close his or her eyes. It tends to develop later in the course of the disease.

Freezing can be very disabling when it affects the way a person walks, causing the person to stop as though his or her feet suddenly have become glued to the floor. It can result in falls that cause serious injury, such as hip fracture. Freezing may occur at an open doorway (most common), at a line on the floor, or in crowds. It may be more likely to occur if the person is anxious or under stress.

There are several tricks you can learn to help you become “unfrozen” when a freezing episode occurs.
•Step towards a specific target on the ground. Some people use handheld laser pointers to create a target.
•Place a cane or walking stick on the floor in front of you (or have someone else do it) and then step over it.
•Make your first step a precise, stiff-legged, marching-type step, with a long stride.

These or other techniques may help you overcome freezing and get moving again. Specially trained dogs and special devices are available that can help you if freezing is a severe or frequent problem.

Apomorphine (Apokyn) is a fast-acting dopamine agonist that seems to be helpful in treating freezing associated with Parkinson’s disease. Apomorphine can be injected under the skin when muscles become “frozen.”

I’m still up in the air about the timing.

Of course, “up in the air” might not be so bad sometimes, the ground can be hard.

From what I have read, I think (big freaking deal what *I* think...) she has that vascular something dementia, that the twitter account that was up for what, 48 hours - posted documents supposedly signed by Dr. Baghdad Bardack said she had.

Which explains why the "unknown man with the injector" is there. It was shown that the suspected injector was actually a small light. What didn't make sense was why this man with a penlight was always close by even in well lit areas. The light wasn't to illuminate, but to guide/unfreeze Clinton.

This is just one more indication that Parkinson's may be Clinton's illness.
