I used to think the whole “wiping with their hands” was a thing from the far past. That is until I went to Iraq for a year. They actually DO wipe with their hands! I was shocked.
Like Marxist Venezuela, there is a shortage of toilet paper in Iraq, etc.
When my son was stationed, first in Kuwait, and then operating in Iraq, we sent him rolls of toilet paper. I think he was the most popular guy in the company.
