This being Japan, I can foresee a burgeoning robot Godzilla-in-a-schoolgirl-uniform sex trade.

Stop by the Souvenir Shoppe. Take a look at the little “YellowCakes” with frosting on them. Two sponge cakes for $5. There are Skull & Crossbone danger symbols on the top, written in black licorice.

That was my first thought, too. Or, as the locals called him in the original movie, “Go zilla”.

Two sponge cakes for $5.

In Japan, it would be about $5 (Y500) each. And they would taste incredible, because the Japanese learned how to make sponge cake from the Portuguese in the 1500s, and kept making it long after the Portuguese stopped, and then forgot how. In Japan they are called kasutera, which is a Japanization of the Portuguese "castella."

Now I want some sponge cake.
Not easy to make.

The Japanese need to build an amusement park next door. Call it “RaditionLand”. They can have disfigured two headed characters running around the park and all kinds of neat things. It’ll be a hit.

“Don radioactive suits”?Fresh out of radiation suits?

The yellow Anti-C's are suits designed to keep radioactive material off the body. When you exit a contaminated area, you remove the gloves, hood, boots and suit to leave the material with the clothes so you can then go to non-contaminated areas. If there was airborne radioactive material, you would wear a respirator designed to filter out the particles.

Think of the contamination is like dust that is activated and emits radiation. The suits do NOT stop radiation, they only stop the spread of radioactive material.
